在線房地產經紀公司eMoov的分析發現,公投前3個月倫敦買家需求激增的5處地區為:沃爾瑟姆福雷斯特(Waltham Forest)、哈克尼(Hackney)、薩瑟克(Southwark)、伊靈(Ealing)和泰晤士河畔金斯敦(Kingston Upon Thames)。一直深受歡迎的地區包括貝克斯利(Bexley)和希靈登(Hillingdon)。eMoov主管Russell Quirk表示:「由於需求增加,房價很有可能也會跟著上漲。」
