什麽是在讀證明？什麽時間辦理？

在讀證明(或者叫做預畢業證明)，是未畢業學生申請需要準備的。有的學校可能不需要，壹般建議都寄送壹份。有少數幾所學校明確指出了需要，如果在申請之前沒有確認清楚這些，也可能導致之後需要補寄材料。

壹般建議9月份大四開學，開具中英文的在讀證明。壹般是教務處給出具，也可能由檔案處開具。建議咨詢本科學校教務，壹般都有詳細的申請辦理流程。

開具份數根據申請院校的數目而定，壹般開具申請院校的1.5倍即可。但有的學校開具的材料會有份數的限制，如果有，我們可以試著跟學校確認下，材料的復印件是不是也可以蓋章？或者院裏不給蓋章的時候系裏能不能幫忙蓋章？這類問題壹般美國學校不會在意，就算萬壹問到了，自己有合理的解釋就可以。專家介紹到，唯壹不建議大家做的是：偽造成績單及其它材料文件，美國學校對信用問題是非常看重的。

排名證明怎麽辦理

關於排名證明，壹般建議在排名在前10%的情況下開具，特別是在整個學校所有同學的GPA都偏低的時候，排名證明能起到壹定的補充說明的作用。如果學校沒有固定的模板，可以自行撰寫之後找學校相關部門蓋章。

申請法律專業的同學，強烈建議學生要開具，因為類似哥大的LLM專業，明確要求需要排名證明。若本科院校沒有排名證明，建議開具壹份沒有排名證明的中英文聲明，同樣蓋章生效之後，作為申請材料發給申請院校。

實習證明怎麽辦理？

和成績單、在讀證明和排名證明比較，實習證明不是學校申請必須的。但知名公司的實習證明會給申請獎學金或者助教、助研帶來壹定幫助。

若實習單位比較多，建議開具1-2個比較知名的大型企業即可。同樣詢問實習單位是否有自己官方模板，沒有的話，自己翻譯的中英文是否給蓋章。最好開具在有實習單位logo的信紙上，開具份數壹般是申請學校的1.5倍。
